Party hats

I made the decision to make quite a few of the bits and pieces for Ebony's 5th party which is coming up very fast. Today was a wet, cold day here so I decided to get started on the party hats. Ebony wanted to watch The Sound of Music (which I love!) but we ended up watching it 3 times! while I made hats. Anyone who knows how long that movie goes for will have some idea of how long it took to make these hats!
