'Benay' and her desserts!

My niece Renee (who Eb fondly calls Benay and I fondly call "Nazey Noo") LOVES cooking desserts - so I gave her some books to look through and the chance to 'cook up a storm' with some help....or watch as the case may have been at times. Well - here's the end result! It's a pavlova with a yummy fruity topping! It was delicious...and there was one very little girl who was thrilled!
