We shared a relaxed breakfast together then let the girls just play happily. We had a long way to travel today so we needed to be on the road by 11ish. Sadly that time came all too quickly. We took the girls outside and took some fun shots of them playing before it was time to go. It was so sad to say goodbye for now, but so wonderful to know we have yet another beautiful family to share this journey with!

Then, after another 5 hours on the road we arrived at our (current) destination…..Port Macquarie where Nana and Pa are staying at the moment. I coped really well with the driving today and so did Eb really. Didn’t fall asleep until about 30 mins from our destination, but, after about ½ hour she was ok and happy to be here. We’ve travelled about 1100kms safely so I’m relieved! We have about 8 nights here before we head on the road again to Brisbane and to see Daddy! Nana and Eb had a lovely time reading stories before Eb went off to bed.
